We offer clear, upfront pricing with standard hourly rates, same-day availability, and after-hours emergency service when needed.

standard service rates
$120 per hour
Applies to regularly scheduled service and repair appointments during normal business hours.
same-day priority service rates
$140 per hour
Applies to service or repair appointments requested for the same day and prioritized ahead of regularly scheduled appointments, subject to availability.
Emergency after hours service rates
$150 per hour + $50 Fee
Applies to emergency service and repair appointments outside regular business hours.
A minimum one-hour service charge applies to all service rates. Parts and materials are additional and will be quoted as needed. Callout fee of $50 applied to only Emergency After Hour calls.
All service calls include tightening of all bolts and screws, lubrication of rollers and hinges, and a check to make sure all aspects of the door are functioning well.
